Your guide and host at the lodge, Jon, is a native of Funasfjallen, and one of the few local activity providers who speaks the traditional Jamt folk language Harjedalska. A mountain professional, fantastic chef, and nominated as one of Sweden's best skiers by the magazine Åka skidor, Jon loves nothing more than to share his love of snow and the mountains with guests. With help and recommendations from Jon and lccal individuals, we have a number of conservation projects in Jamtland Harjedalen that you can support by booking with Slow Adventure.
