Journeying to anchorages off the west coast of Scotland, we'll be guided by the wind and the tides to find the perfect spots in secluded bays or in open ocean as Mother Nature decides.
Each day we'll hop ashore to explore the coastline and find ideal locations to practice wild yoga. Eating, cooking, chatting, meditating, and just simply being.
You won't always be a passenger on this adventure, though! Learn to hoist the mainsail, steer the course and set anchor with Celia's expert sailing tuition.
Escape from it all and let the meditative sound of the lapping waves connect you to the power of the sea.

Sara, our founder, made Lochaber her home over a decade ago. Since then she has tuned in to the rhythms of the west coast and connected with people who share her passion for slowing down and finding a balance between adventure and sustainability. Celia is one of these people and on this adventure she will be your skipper, and yogi. With over twenty years of worldwide sailing experience and a deep knowledge of yoga in the outdoors, you can rest assured that this expedition will be one of a kind.
We are proud to work with local partners and members who share our passion for slow adventure, sustainability and regeneration. Together with the local community we have identified a number of projects in Lochaber that you can support by booking with Slow Adventure.
