As more and more of us seek nature for wellbeing and connection, the need to restore and regenerate our natural landscape is essential. Vitamin N is all about giving and taking respectfully. Learning how nature provides natural medicines for the mind and body through cold water immersion, foraging, herbal medicine making, wild swimming, ecology walks, snorkelling, and a coastal home to rest. And more importantly, with your new-found knowledge and skills, you can give back to nature and the local community by helping reintroduce native oysters in the local bay.

Sara, our founder, made Lochaber her home over a decade ago and since then has connected with people who share her passion for wild places. The small coastal village of Lochaline on the Morven peninsula is a perfect example of how rural communities work together to create good thriving places. This group of inspiring individuals whose daily lives intertwine with the rhythms of the sea, coast, and woodlands help visitors soak up some Vitamin N respectfully in return for some community conservation work. Way to go!
We are proud to work with local partners and members who share our passion for slow adventure, sustainability and regeneration. Together with the local community we have identified a number of projects in Lochaber that you can support by booking with Slow Adventure.
